I´ve washed the pet stain, and my pet still uses that spot, why?

What Won't Work....

There are many home remedies for treating pet stains and odors, and let me stress that most of them are not too bad as far as removing odors for humans' noses.
Vinegar, amonia, baking soda, laundry detergents, lemon juice, fabric softeners, and commercial strength pet stain removers are all great for removing the odors that humans can smell.
HOWEVER; you will need more to remove the odor for your cat's nose. An enzymatic cleaner is the best answer, but it is slow and may take more than one application. (Nature's Miracle is one of them.)
The Hydrogen Peroxide/Baking Soda combo is fast, but can alter the colors of some fabrics.
In the end, you must decide which application is best for your situation.

I have a 7 yr. old easy going outside cat named samson who used to come in and hang around for hours. Then I got a month old kitty who is 5 months old now indoor cat. Right away Punky bugged samson with play but gets vicious biting.
At first it appeared that samson doesn't want to hurt the much smaller cat, but punky is 5 months old now and when samson finally gets mad, he disciplins punky but punky doesn't give up and so now samson only comes in to eat and then wants to leave right away because punky bugs him so much. How do I get punky to lay off. He does this with me but I stop him when I am done playing or he start to get too rough. I use a water bottle to squirt punky but of course not samson because he is such a good cat. Is there anything else to try.
